SYFA Football Sign-Ups will be held at the SYFA Office (1630 Cimarron Plaza) on the folllowing dates:
- May 12, 2012 (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- July 14, 2012 (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

The registration fee of $150 includes the use of the following equipment provided by SYFA*:
- Pioneer Helmet
- Gold Game Pants
- Personalized Jersey
*Personalized jersey will be kept by participant. Helmet and game pants to be returned to SYFA at season's end.

Participants are to provide the equipment below:
- Practice Jersey (game jerseys are not to be worn at practice)
- Shoulder Pads
- Practice Pants (no gold pants allowed at practice)
- Pant Pads
- Mouthpiece
- Cleats

Helmets, jerseys and pants will be sized for all participants on July 14 at the SYFA Office from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
